Author Guideines
Manuscript Format
Manuscripts submitted to DOP Journal may be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Papers should be prepared in A4 size, single-column format, with margins of 2.5 cm on all sides. The document must be submitted in MS Word format, using Book Antiqua, 11-point font. For detailed formatting, please refer to the Paper Template (Click to download).
Manuscript Structure
Title
The title must clearly reflect the content of the paper and should not exceed 25 words. A running title (for use as the page header) must also be provided, not exceeding 60 characters including spaces.
Authors and Corresponding Author Information
The title page should include:

Full names of all authors.
-
Institutional affiliations of each author.
-
Complete details of the corresponding author (name, institution, street address, telephone and/or mobile number, and e-mail address).
The first and corresponding authors must be clearly indicated.
Abstract
The abstract should be concise and informative, written in less than 250 words for a Regular Paper and up to 100 words for a Short Communication. It must summarize the study, covering purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion in a clear sequence.
Keywords
Provide up to eight (8) keywords, arranged in alphabetical order, that best represent the content of the manuscript.
Introduction
The introduction should:

Explain the scope and objectives of the study in the context of current knowledge.

Highlight the research gap and justify the significance of the study.
-
End with a clear statement of the research question or hypothesis.
At least two relevant citations must be included to support the rationale of the study.
Methods
The methods section must provide sufficient details to allow replication of the study. It should describe:

How the study was conducted (data collection or generation).
-
The procedures or techniques applied.
-
How the data were analyzed.
The writing should be clear, precise, and in past tense, allowing readers to evaluate the study’s validity and reliability.
Results
Present the findings in a logical sequence, without interpretation or bias. Tables, figures, and relevant data may be included to support the findings.
Discussion
The discussion should interpret the results in the context of existing knowledge. It must:

Explain the significance of the findings.

Relate results back to the research question or hypothesis.

Highlight contributions to knowledge and potential implications.
-
Provide suggestions for future research directions.
Conclusion
The conclusion should synthesize the key points of the study. It should not merely repeat the introduction or results but must reflect the broader significance of the findings. Where applicable, recommendations for further research should also be included.
References

References must be listed on a separate page, arranged alphabetically by the first author’s last name.

Only sources cited in the text should appear in the reference list.
-
In-text citations and references must follow the APA 7th Edition citation style.
-
All references should be in 11-point font and double-spaced.
